GREECE

• The shipping costs are 4€ for deposit in a bank account and the shipping is done by General Post.
• Shipping costs are €6 for cash on delivery and shipping is done by General Post.

For purchases over €110, shipping costs are free.

Foreign Services

• SHIPMENTS TO CYPRUS
  For shipments with delivery within 2 working days, the fee is €15.00 up to 2 kg in weight. For each additional kilo, the charge amounts to €4.50 .

  The above charges also apply to hard-to-reach destinations (with delivery in 2-4 working days).

• PAY ON DELIVERY TO CYPRUS
  For shipment with cash on delivery to Cyprus, the surcharge on the basic charge amounts to €5.00 . Maximum cash on delivery value is €2,000 per shipment.

• RETURNS FROM CYPRUS
  Shipments returned from Cyprus due to non-delivery are charged only for the air cost and not for additional freight.

Cancellations - non-delivery

An order that has been invoiced and delivered to the courier company cannot be accepted or cancelled.

Refunds are made only in the following cases:

Return of defective product

Although we have taken care of the safe movement of our products so that you receive them intact, if you nevertheless find that some damage has been caused to the products you received, please contact us within 5 calendar days immediately by e-mail at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or call 6982265358 and we will take care of returning the defective product and sending a new one. Additional shipping costs will be borne by the company. For replacement, the defective product must be returned in its original packaging, unused.

Wrong order sent

In the case of receiving products of a different order from those included in your order, please contact us within 5 calendar days or call 6982265358 and we will undertake the return of the incorrect products and the resending of the correct ones. Additional shipping costs will be borne by the company.

Resize:

Our team is always available (during eshop opening hours) to help you choose the right number for you. However, if after consultation (written or telephone) we direct you to the wrong number, we take responsibility as well as the costs of switching. If, on the contrary, the choice for the number was made by you, according to your own judgment, then you are responsible for the change in terms of return and reshipment costs.

Changes to another color or code are also at your own expense.

The applicable change prices are 6 euros per shipment for all of Greece and 12 euros for Cyprus.

Each change is made through the courier company cooperating with us in order for the above prices to apply.

For replacement, the product must be returned in its original packaging, unused.

All other cases for product returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
